We base our repair and service programs on a $60.00 diagnostic fee so that even if it takes our technician three hours to diagnose the problem it will only cost you $60.00. Once the problem has been diagnosed the technician will tell you exactly how much it will cost to fix the problem and get our home's system back up and running.

    Our diagnostic fee only applies to our customers with residential heating and cooling systems if you have a larger commercial system we bill by the hour due to the increased complexity.
