On June 1, 2004, Drew came to my home in Laurel and began installation of a new furnace and ac unit. From the moment I opened the door until the time he said goodbye, Drew as the model of efficiency and professionalism. Even after working until 9:30 pm with very limited breaks, he was kind enough to explain the unit completely and answer a host of questions for my wife and I. Our home was left neat and clean and Drew even took the time to correct deficiencies in the existing duct work and to reroute cabling.
I would be remise if I failed to write and let you know just how pleased I was with his fine work, and attitude toward the customer. I will certainly tell my friends and coworkers about your business.
