I would first like to thank you for inviting ACT Heating & Cooling into your home. My goal is to make your equipment installation experience a pleasant one. Yes, I know many companies say this, but I actually mean it. Let me share with you a few of the things ACT Heating & Cooling does on every installation.

• Polite:We are polite and courteous to you, as well as to each other, which makes the experience enjoyable. We are tobacco-free and use family-friendly language so we will leave your home without teaching your children any unwanted vocabulary.
• Timely:We arrive the day that is agreed upon because your time is important.
• Experienced: There will be no on-the-job training in your home. Our lead installer knows what he is doing!
• Clean: We cover your floor with sheets between the furnace room and the outside door. If we are ever off the sheets in your home, we wear shoe covers. So when we have finished, you will not find any spots or stains from us.
• Clean Up: The old equipment is removed, the furnace room floor is swept, and outside work areas are picked up. When we pull away, you will not even know we were there, other than the comfy climate in your home.
• Proper Installation Technique: By following the manufacturer's installation manual, you are assured many years of trouble free operation. I believe the most important day of your equipment's life is the day it is installed.
• Crossing the "T's" and dotting the "I's" No installation is finished until the operation, maintenance, and paperwork is explained and you fully understand it.
• Surprise!:The final price is what we agreed upon.
